— The Café & Restaurant —

Over the past two years we have slowly evolved from being a coffee shop to more of a café and restaurant with great coffee. As we listened to what people were looking for, we developed a nice little daily breakfast and lunch menu that features a big country breakfast,  homemade sandwiches, soups, quiche, chili and the like. 

On Friday and Saturday evenings we pull out the linens and offer a little more of a fine dining experience featuring such entrées as Pan Seared Salmon, Filet Mignon, and Honey Roasted Chicken. We change up the weekend menu weekly so be sure to call to find out what’s cooking.

Our dining space is intimate allowing for approximately twenty seats so we encourage reservations for the weekends. When the good weather returns we will have an additional seating in the gardens, adding a capacity of fifty.

Interested in renting our the restaurant and/or gardens? The Civil Cricket is a great place for a wedding, reception, corporate event, or just a special party. Weddings will include a complimentary stay at our cabin for the bride and groom the night of the reception.
